THEY HAD TO MATCH 85-YEAR-OLD WOOD!!! Mr. Sandless Philly came out and refinished, repaired, cleaned, and coated the hardwood floor in two huge rooms of our house. They had been very great. They were usually on time, their understanding was exceptional, and they knew what they were doing. The high quality of work completed was excellent. THEY JUST USE A CHEMICAL TO STRIP THE WAX OFF!!! Mr. Sandless did an excellent job as we have old, hard floors. I like that they don't do any sanding as they just use a chemical to strip the wax off. It began out with one guy and he had to have two more come and aid him since the wax was so difficult to get rid of. The floors dried in an hour and it only took him one day to finish the job. I had to wait 3 hours prior to I could put my furniture back but the floor looks wonderful and also the crew was really polite. Alison W. Delaware County, Pa.
